Apple iPhone - Amazing Minimalist Device

Yet again Apple has revolutionized the consumer electronics industry.
Today, in San Francisco, Apple unveiled the iPhone which is three devices in one. Having used mobile phones and smart phones for many years the demonstrations on the Apple website show just how well thought out this device is.
First it’s a wide-screen iPod that starts at 4Gb capacity, Second it’s a phone with a revolutionary interface, and third it’s an internet tablet.
Little more than the size of an iPod and similar in form factor, the operation via the interface is like nothing available today. There is only one button on the front. Everything else is selected via a multi-touch screen where more than one finger can be used at a time [check out the way photo’s can be zoomed].
I had a feeling that widgets might be included [see my earlier post] this make so much sense.
I hope to write a detailed review in Q4, 2007 when I can get hold of one.
